I haven’t been back to this KFC in close to a year now. We stopped in for a quick lunch today and we were just delighted. Jimmy made our visit a spectacular one. His ora is super contagious. He has got to be the most prized part of this franchise. Thank you Jimmy for your consideration & for being such a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back. Two of the kids don’t appreciate fish yet so we swung by KFC to get some chicken nuggets. After taking our order and ringing up the sale the cashier realized they were sold out. He was very apologetic and sympathetic for us, he offered to give us tenders instead- a huge price difference without charging us more. We had to wait a bit longer so he returned with icees for each of the kids- who were overtired and starting to cry. He went above and beyond to make our stop worth it. I’m a new regular customer!!

I stopped in to purchase Cinnamon Twist . That's why I give KFC a 4. I can't tell you how the food is. But the Cimmonan Twist are yummy I just got to say that the employees are so kind! I felt very blessed as I walked out.

This place is always busy. I always go back because the black gentleman that works there is the friendliest fast food worker i have ever met.

Wonderful fast service and Mr Leon was amazing with our big family order. So helpful and sweet. Food was hot, came in timely manner & so good. Place was clean & tidy even for the rainy day we came on. Great crew and place. Keep the hospitality up y’all!

My husband and I went here on June 4 and had great customer service despite them being short staffed. When my husband pulled up to order the employee was apologetic and advised they were sorry for the wait but they were short staffed and if he would mind waiting so she could take someone at the register inside order. After he replied that was fine she came back over the loud speaker shortly and was still in great spirits telling us the deals of the day so we could save a little money while ordering. I did not catch the ladies name but she was very pleasant and helpful during my experience there while being busy and understaffed.

Pleasantly surprised, feels like KFC has enhanced their menu a lot since I ate here around last year. Chicken was really fresh, new fries are fluffy yet crunchy, sandwich was assembled in orderly fashion and not just thrown together. The man on the register was very polite and efficient, too. Used to not think very highly of KFC, opinion has definitely changed.
